Pre-Error Detection

Aurora Labs’ Dynamic Analysis creates ongoing diagnostics continuously monitoring in-vehicle functions, along with a new set of parameter-based testing. Hash or ‘thumbprints’ are created for each vehicle that represent the accurate description of the entire system’s expected behavior, down to a millisecond in response time between functions. Ongoing monitoring of these thumbprints is able to detect trends and detect abnormal activity. Utilizing these data sets, we create a health status report per vehicle that is continuously updated and alerts of downtime probability or potential errors per vehicle.

Aurora Labs’ Vehicle Software Intelligence tracks more than functional relationships, but rather end-to-end behavior analysis driven by a new set of performance indicators. Continuous tracking creates the possibilities of comparisons of even the most minute details between tests and identify software behavior changes. Trend detection, coupled with detailed intelligence of expected software behavior and dependencies uncovers potential risks and vulnerabilities.
